## Product

Voice AI that **adopts the client’s emergency-call-center protocol**. Primary wedge: filter improper / non-emergency calls; any doubt transfers to a human with context loaded. Autonomous dispatch is **not** on the roadmap (no L6).

## Status

Closed beta — not production-ready. Pilots with written success criteria; optional L1 audit-only (no live calls).

## Principles

1. Client protocol artifacts are configuration, not vendor procedure.
2. Verify us: sourced stats or “in measurement”.
3. Jurisdiction-agnostic by design.
